All orders are shipped FOB LInden, IN.

Despite many of Sugar Creek's products being extremely heavy or bulky, we always do our utmost to have your order delivered as cost efficiently as we can. And while freight costs are unavoidable, we want you to know that we'll go that extra mile to insure your order reaches your doorstep as inexpensively as possible.

We ship UPS whenever possible. But, due to weight or size constraints that make them ineligible for UPS shipping, many of our items require truck shipment.
  
If you have, or require, a specific carrier for your order, please provide additional shipping instructions on your order or give us a call the same business day after placing an order (Please reference your order# when calling), and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Remember, your credit card is never billed until your order is shipped.

Please note that truck shippers add a "residence surcharge" if delivery is to a residential neighborhood - those familiar with operating a business from home know the frustration of trying to avoid these charges. As you may be aware, these surcharges are at the trucker's discretion, and Sugar Creek has no influence whatsoever on this issue.
